Location : Gurugram/Gurgaon Sector - 72 (5 days Work form Office)

Shift timing - 1:30PM to 11:30PM

Only freshers are eligible - 0 to 11 months experience

Job Responsibilities

Obtain consumer / provider information by listening to telephone calls/ text & messages

Determine eligibility by comparing consumer / provider information to requirements

Adhere to policies by entering client information, confirming pricing

Meet the required target and quality metrics.

Work effectively with other teams

Skillset

Good Listening skills

Able to understand US accent

Possesses good comprehension and analytical skills

Team player , who is driven and self-motivated

Possesses Data Entry Skills

Is an efficient multi-tasker

Relevant experience from customer service is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills

Possesses basic knowledge on the US culture
