Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 30,000 to 38,000 (including travel and accommodation)
Location: Rajkot
Age: 18 to 35
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

Job Description

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, Word, and PowerPoint
• Clear and effective communication (both verbal and written)
• Sales pitch and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Networking proficiency
• Quick learner and self-motivated
• Confident, calm, composed, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Achieving revenue targets as per set goals
• Practicing fair trade while maintaining company integrity
• Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients and building rapport with new ones
• Scheduling calls and visits, ensuring timely appointments and proper reporting
• Coordinating with the Logistics team for smooth operations
• Regularly updating and maintaining database reports
• Staying informed about current market trends and conducting competition analysis
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints efficiently and in a timely manner
