Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.
- Architect and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex triggers, batch jobs, and integrations .
- Develop and enhance OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to improve user experiences.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP-based integrations with third-party platforms (AdTech, OTT, CRM, Subscription Management).
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers , ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing processes, and improve system performance.
- Oversee CI/CD processes (SFDX, Git, Copado, Gearset) and ensure smooth deployments.
- Define and enforce data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices .
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience .
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Media Cloud, OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and declarative development .
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Apex .
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, JWT, Named Credentials) .
- Experience with Salesforce security model, governor limits, SOQL/SOSL, and data modeling .
- Deep understanding of AdTech, digital media workflows, content subscriptions, and monetization strategies .
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, Bitbucket), and DevOps best practices .
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms for integrations.
- Knowledge of CDP (Customer Data Platform), Einstein AI, and Experience Cloud .
- Familiarity with Streaming APIs, event-driven architectures, and Pub/Sub models .
- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Application/System Architect) are a plus.
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
