Hiring urgently for a Sr. Customer Service Executive for Malad, Mumbai location

INTERNATIONAL PROCESS

Roles and Responsibility:

• Attending to clients query through non voice medium
• Processing and delivering information about companies offerings
• Handling Client Complaints
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Helping management with the smooth flow.

Desired Candidates

• Graduate freshers can apply.
• HSC pass with 6 Months Mandatory Banking experience on papers can join.
• Preferably from Mumbai location.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Should be flexible with 24/7 Rotational shift or purely Night shifts.
• Salary upto 25-28k
