Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
Plans, Manages, and Monitors the installation, maintenance, and servicing of irrigation systems.
Schedule projects, assign employees, coordinate subcontractors, order materials, assign equipment and schedule deliveries to the job site.
- To supervise and manage all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work and managing the subordinates.
- To monitor site activities such as checking, inspection, measurement, and supervision of works to comply with specifications, drawings, and programs to achieve target progress and quality.
- Responsible in the procurement of materials, plant and machineries are managed and planned ahead for timely commencement and completion of work in accordance with code of practice.
- Maintain the schedule and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to Head Office
- Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction operations and activities, management, all relevant report, oversee budget control and project revenue.
- To perform any other duties as required by the Top Management from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile -
Male, Diploma or BE- Civil & 10+ years of experience in Lift Irrigation scheme & ready to work at Osmanabad.
