Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain/support PowerBI workflows to take data from multiple sources to make it ready for analytics and reporting.
Optimize existing workflows to ensure performance, scalability and reliability.
Support the automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
Document workflows, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Provide training and mentorship to other team members on Alteryx development.
Collaborate with other members of the team to deliver data solutions for the program.
Skills
Must have
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service (5+ yrs of experience)
Experience with creating interactive dashboards, custom visuals, and reports.
Data Modeling:
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including relationships, calculated columns, measures, and hierarchies.
Expertise in using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations.
SQL and Database Management:
Proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
Knowledge of database design and querying.
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools:
Experience with data transformation and cleaning using tools like Power Query, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
