Job Description

Essential Functions

• Perform tasks as per the defined guidelines
• Gather pertinent information from documents before updating the system (LoanServe)
• Follows up with vendors attorneys, prior servicer, onboarding team for pending documentation
• Email Communication with US team or client point of contacts as per process requirement
• Reviewing loan documents in tools & systems assigned

Competencies/Skill

• Communication skills Very Good verbal and written communication(ability to Read, understand, speak and perform tasks in English language)
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Analytical ability- Eye to detail
• Quantitative skills Good with numbers
• Knowledge of transaction level processing in Mortgage Servicing teams
• Ability to deliver work as per agreed SLAs with good efficiency
• Excel Skills - Intermediate

Education and Experience

- Any Graduate with good passing Percentage

- 1-2 years of US Mortgage (Servicing) experience is must

- Fair knowledge of FNMA/GNMA/FHLMC guideline & Payoff Process will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of Fiserv/LoanServ/Sagent system

Shift Timings : Flexible to work as per business requirement 24*7 (5 days working)
