Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned International Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple countries under Global Payroll Operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of payroll expertise including 2+ years of international payroll , with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Operation:
- Support end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with regional teams, payroll providers, and finance departments for seamless payroll operations.
- Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay current with local, national, and international payroll laws, tax codes, and labor regulations.
- Ensure payroll practices are fully compliant with legal standard and corporate policies.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify andexecute to streamlined payroll process and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.
- Leverage technology and automated tools to optimize payroll process.
- Reporting and Audits:
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for necessary payroll support to internal and external stakeholders according to data privacy and policies
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
- Employee Relations:
- Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
- Vendor Management:
- manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to align payroll processes with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree (any) preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll including minimum 2 year of international payroll operation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tax systems, statutory filings, and payroll calculations across multiple jurisdictions.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, including taxation.
