Job Description

1. Processing of Medical Data
2. Entering charges and posting payments in the software
3. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
4. To work closely with the team leader.
5. To review emails for any updates
6. Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor

• Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.
• Should have 6 months to 3 Yrs of Payment Posting or Demo & Charge or Correspondence or Charge Entry
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Ensure targets are met on a daily / monthly basis
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.

• Applying the instructions/updates received from the client when doing the production.
• Update their production count in SRP and Online score card.
