Please find the below job description and kindly share me your updated CV to hidden_email Position Title: Business Analyst (Immediate joiners) role Experience Level: 5-10 years Duration: Full Time Location: PAN INDIA Permanent Hybrid Mode Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month Business Analyst with experience in Data migration, Data Mapping, DWH, ETL, SQL, Agile(How to create the meta data file) Skills: Business Analyst, Data migration, Data mapping, SQL Qualifications: Around 5-10 years of experience, last 4-5 years working as Business Analysts having HLS / manufacturing domain. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, objectives, and challenges to effectively translate business requirements into data lake solutions. Ability to understand and document existing process. Data Management Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts. Familiarity with data model from well know ERPs like SAP, etc. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, familiarity with data visualization tools and ETL pipelines, Databricks, data modeling tools. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to guide data engineering and visualization team. Experience of migrating from existing warehouse solution to data lake/delta lake along with re-modeling will be preferred. Key responsibilities: Data Analysis: Conduct analysis on data lake contents to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions and strategies. Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to define and implement data quality standards, data classification, and data lineage for the data lake. Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, define data requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for data lake development. Also documenting existing process which will help data engineering team with migration. Data Modeling: Design and create data models that support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis in the data lake environment. Data Integration: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources into the data lake, including data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing processes. Data Visualization: Develop visualizations, reports, and dashboards using data lake contents to provide actionable insights to business users. Help with remodeling of report to data lake/delta lake to optimize the report performance and removing redundancy. Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data lake security and compliance with data privacy regulations, working closely with security and compliance teams. Data Documentation: Document data lake structures, data dictionaries, and data lineage to facilitate data discovery and understanding. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure successful delivery of data lake solutions.
