Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and use cases to communicate requirements.
Work closely with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to recommend process improvements.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with business goals.
Create and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to update stakeholders on project status.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT projects.
Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office, Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence change, and make recommendations to all levels.
Strong product management and Agile lifecycle knowledge with an ability to multi-task, recognize interdependencies, prioritize, and execute on assigned outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the finance domain is highly desirable.
Knowledge of financial systems, risk management is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and reporting tools is a plus.
