Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Team Lead In this role, we are inviting applicants for the role of Team Lead with working experience in Microservices, Experience in Agile development methodologies. Experience in leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead a team of developers and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. Design and develop software solutions using Python, Java, or C#. Utilize BI tools such as Snowflake and SQL to analyze and manipulate data. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Minimum Qualifications Qualifications we seek in you BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent Excellent Communication skills Experience in Agile development methodologies. Previous experience in leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience of software development including architecting, designing and coding Developer, Java/.net, Cloud, kafka Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Experience with BI tools such as Snowflake and SQL. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
