Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of project schedule as per desired level of schedule and preparation of budget & cash flow.
• Determine resource requirement of manpower, material and machineries as per schedule/budget.
• Monitoring & tracking of master schedules & Budget as well as resources.
• Projection and monitoring of resources in line with monthly progress.
• Preparation material indent, budget through SAP system.
• Coordination with site team in line monthlies target as well as coordination with client and flagging of Drawing related & NSC issues. Inter department coordination for daily activities.
• Coordination with RO & HO official for material tracking
• Submission of MIS reports, Daily/weekly/monthly reports and SPCL way reports, MRM presentation to RO as well as Client.
• To ensure safety compliance and extent necessary supports to team for implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

BE Civil , with relevant 5 to 16 years relevant experience in planning of high rise, Residential, Commercial & Industrial projects only.

Candidate should be well versed with MSP& Primavera software.

Candidate should be ready to join within 30 days.
