Job Description
- The Executive Compliance is responsible for ensuring that an organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
- They will work closely with various departments to assess, develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure legal and ethical conduct
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance issues and develop solutions.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess their impact on the organization, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Third party Due Diligence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance.
- Bachelors degree in law or Higher degree in law.
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
