Position: International Customer Support (Voice Support)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, providing accurate information on banking products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Update customer records and collaborate with internal teams for complex issues.

Requirements:

• Graduate Freshers or 10+2 with 0.6-1 year of voice support experience (preferably in banking/financial services).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 3.3 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 3.8 LPA

Schedule:

• 5 working days, 2 rotational offs, rotational shifts
