1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice calls related to travel bookings.
2. Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to customer service guidelines.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.
Qualification: -
1. Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
2. Decent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Experienced up-to 6 months working on GDS tools are eligible
