Designation: Retainer (HR Operations)

Shift timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM / 10 to 7 PM

Location: Pune Hinjewadi

Working mode: WFO - Monday to Friday

Experience Required - Fresher

Role & responsibilities:

• Conducting Pre-Onboarding Documentation Check before releasing Offer & Releasing offers Manually and through Oracl the System.
• Conducting Onboarding & Documentation Session the date of joining- Virtually & Physically.
• Complete Pre Onboarding & Onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners
• Co-ordination required between candidates & the internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining & updating different HR-OPS reports.
• Closing of different requests raised by employee on internal portal.
• Flexible to stretch the working hours whenever needed to Conduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners or to extend offers.
• Complete onboarding formalities in Oracle system for new joiners.
• Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
• Query Resolution-HR Tool

Qualification and skills required:

• Any Graduate / PG
• Ability to work independently yet remain an active member of a collaborative team
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. (Excel)
• Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.

Please Note - that this role will be contract for 1 year, depending upon your performance the contract period will be extended/renewed or permanent role will be offered.
