DC Engineer @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

• Provide L2 support for Informatica IDQ, addressing and resolving issues related to data quality processes.
• Troubleshoot and analyze code to identify root cause.
• Perform data fixes and ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with L1 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Work closely with development teams to understand and implement data quality requirements.
• Monitor and maintain data quality processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• US Hours overlap until 10 -11 AM CST.
