Designation: Director Delivery
Experience: Minimum 18 years in US Healthcare (RCM)
Key Responsibilities:
This role is critical to the success of Omegas RCM practice, ensuring operational excellence and
client satisfaction.
P&L Management: Oversee revenue, margins, and profitability for the assigned service line.
Service Delivery Leadership: Drive seamless delivery operations for one of Omegas core
service lines, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Operational Oversight: Lead large teams of billers, coders, team leads, and managers,
managing daily operations to meet performance metrics and client expectations.
Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and operational
escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Collaborate with Sales and Transition
teams during proof of concept (POC) phases.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor dashboards and reports, investigate discrepancies, and
implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Quality & Process Improvement: Understand quality metrics and lead continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and service delivery.
Multi-Tasking & Decision-Making: Manage multiple projects and develop solutions using
available resources and data.
Desired Skills:
RCM Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
processes and practices, with a focus on operational excellence and quality improvement.
Business Acumen: Strong grasp of financial and business concepts, including budget
management and cost optimization.
Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead large teams, foster collaboration, and drive
performance in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to
effectively work with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges
and implement innovative solutions.
Process Improvement: Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g.,
Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
