Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand and analyse all requirements from product manager, prioritise and implement enhancements

Coordinate with stakeholders to attend the important updates on the Global websites

Ensuring day-to-day deliveries and highest productivity and optimum TAT

Adherence to guidelines and quality benchmarks

Troubleshooting of issues in existing website

Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization

The candidate needs to have a content management background as they will be responsible for the below

• Uploading and maintaining content on the CMS
• Troubleshoot all issues and problems on the website
• Ensure content governance by maintaining product integrity
• Timely turn around on bulk content updates
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their content requirements and guide them according to company guidelines
