Job Description
Role/ Job Title: Business Analysis Manager-Debt Management
Function/ Department: Debt Management-Flows
Job Purpose :
This role entails leading the Service Quality, Process Excellence and Compliance for the Debt Management team. It involves devising strategies for collections processes and tools and employing effective staff to fulfil its objectives. The role bearer would be responsible for driving Service Quality for all customer journeys within Collections. The role bearer is expected to design SOPs for all Debt Management team and ensure process excellence across the function. It is a critical role that ensures compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements and helps achieve larger objectives for the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Quality, Process Excellence and Compliance for Debt Management function.
- Design SOPs for all Debt Management process and ensure process excellence.
- Cater to Operational risk requirements for including RCSA,KRI ,RCM
- Ensure all Regulatory Submissions are met and maintained.
- Help drive Service Quality for all customer journeys within Debt Management and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Statutory Audits, Internal Audits for the unit.
- Execute a customer centric operation to deliver seamless service to the customers and ensure customer delight at every touchpoint.
- Employ tools such as automation to increase process efficiency.
- Ensure the successful adoption of internal compliances & regulatory framework across the business.
