Job Description

Role & responsibilities :


  • Expansion Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute strategic plans for the hospitals expansion, including identifying new locations, doctor empanelment, and market segments to enter.
    Conduct market analysis and research to understand trends, patient needs, and competitor landscape to inform expansion decisions.
  • Partnerships & Networking:
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with identified key clinicians that can support hospital growth.
    Negotiate and secure partnerships with identified key doctors to expand service offerings and enhance the hospitals network.
  • Revenue Growth:
    Work closely with senior leadership to create financial forecasts, budgets, and timelines for new business initiatives.
  • Brand Development & Marketing:
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to promote the hospitals expansion efforts, ensuring the hospitals presence is well-communicated to target audiences.
  • Market Research & Reporting:
    Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to provide insight into future business opportunities.
    Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work:
    Work with clinical, operational, and financial teams to ensure the hospitals expansion initiatives are aligned with internal capabilitie and resources.
    Coordinate efforts with the HR department to hire, train, and onboard doctors for new facilities or services.

Qualification: Any graduate/Master

Experience: 5-9 Years
