Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned area.
Develop and execute strategies for primary, secondary, distribution channel sales, business development, B2B, and retail sales.
Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key customers to increase revenue growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in building materials & chemicals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
