- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including tender identification, preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities
- Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely completion of tender activities
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines
- Monitor and track tender outcomes and provide regular reports to the management team
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tendering regulations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to win tenders
- Provide expert advice on GeM Portal and tender-related matters to internal teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in handling GeM Portal and tender-related activities
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GeM Portal and tender preparation processes
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential tender opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
