Job Description
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a talented and ambitious Business Analyst to join our friendly and dynamic team. You will work to articulate requirements, supply thought leadership and provide commercial options via project and process delivery.
You will be leading requirements analysis and process improvement, supporting business case development, project implementation, testing and following up on benefits realization.
We want you to excel at managing business change and therefore you are emotionally intelligent, with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Similarly, you will be able to display in equal measure strong customer focus and commercial acumen, pragmatic decision making, sound technical skill and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
You will be pivotal in supplying critical support for a range of business development projects through their full lifecycle, with a strong focus on business value and customer experience.
- Work closely with the business and/or 3 rd parties to translate needs into effective solutions and processes; or, where needed, challenge business objectives;
- Effectively engage with mid to senior level stakeholders;
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management;
- Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility;
- Analyse customer journeys and business processes to identify optimization opportunities;
- Support business case development and implementation of agreed solutions - including testing, training, and other deployment tasks;
- Provide consultation on the feasibility and value of ideas in early stages of idea development;
- Support the team to continually optimize our business analysis processes & practice;

To be successful in this role you need to have at least 3 years formal business analysis experience, working on complex and challenging projects in a variety of delivery environments. A deep understanding of IT software development methods is needed.
