About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager - Product to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage cross-functional product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end product programs, driving the overall strategy, timeline, and execution for key product initiatives. Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and progress across all stakeholders. Project Management: Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for multiple concurrent product initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or quality. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and blockers to the successful delivery of product initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Anticipate and act on any potential challenges that may arise. Resource Management: Coordinate resources across teams, ensuring that the right talent is available and aligned to the right projects. Adjust as necessary to meet evolving priorities. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve product development processes, suggesting best practices and optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update leadership and key stakeholders on program status, progress, risks, and changes to scope or schedule. Deliver clear and concise presentations and reports. Product Quality: Ensure that products meet customer needs and company standards for quality, usability, and performance. Work with the QA team to facilitate testing and validation processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in product development or technology. Proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional programs from ideation to launch. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work with and influence senior leadership and diverse teams. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.,
