As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and closing sales all over the phone , No door-to-door hassle, just your voice, energy, and sales skills making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain various insurance products (General, )
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable policies
Handle queries, objections, and provide detailed policy information
Build and maintain relationships with clients for future sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales targets to unlock amazing incentives
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the system
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service (insurance sales is a plus)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic personality
Ability to handle objections and turn No into a Yes
Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided)
