Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Mehmadabad
Experience Required: 10-15 Yrs, Budget:7 LPA
Reports To: [Manager/Finance Head]

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with tax calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including booking vendor invoices, purchases, sales, payments, and receipts.
Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure timely clearance of transactions.
Calculate and process monthly TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) filings.
Handle vendor payments while ensuring compliance with payment terms.
Book provisions for expenses and track prepaid expenses.
Monitor cash flow to ensure efficient fund management.
Coordinate with auditors for financial statements and statutory compliance.
GL Scrutiny on regular basis
MIS reporting
