- 12 - 15 Years 1 Opening Kolkata Role description LOC: Kolkata / Pune Exp : 10 + Years We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Lead to drive innovation and build state-of-the-art machine learning and AI solutions. The role involves developing and deploying models across diverse domains, including statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) for tasks like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning. This position requires expertise in machine learning frameworks, cloud-based ML platforms, and modern MLOps practices for scaling and operationalizing AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement machine learning models for regression, classification, and deep learning architectures (e.g., ANN, RNN, CNN). Design and deploy NLP solutions, including advanced text processing, classification, and topic modeling. Build and optimize computer vision pipelines for tasks like image classification, object detection, and segmentation. Work with Generative AI models: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying solutions using RAG frameworks. Utilize cloud-based platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) to develop, train, and deploy models. Implement and manage containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow for scalable deployments. Collaborate on MLOps pipelines, including automated model training, testing, and deployment workflows. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and visualization using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Streamlit. Maintain and enhance Python-based codebases with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. Required Skills and Tools: Core Skills: Statistical Concepts and Data Analysis. Proficiency in Machine Learning (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning). Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for building ANN, CNN, and RNN models. Strong understanding of Advanced NLP techniques and Computer Vision. Hands-on experience with Gen AI/LLMs for RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning. Knowledge of Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Streamlit, Matplotlib, Seaborn. Cloud & MLOps: Experience with AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI. Basic implementation knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kubeflow. Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML.
