Experienced in sourcing candidates, shortlisting the resumes, lining up interviews. should be able to deal with client for the recruitment process Identifying prospective candidates through job portal and various recruitment resources preparing MIS Will be looking after day-to-day activities pertaining to recruiting and talent acquiring and manpower staffing negotiating with the candidates for further process on salaries.
