- Overview Job Title: Senior Officer Financial Planning & Analysis, India Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru About The Role We are seeking a Senior Officer Financial Planning & Analysis with 4+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. In this Role, You Will Support business planning by providing accurate budgeting and forecasting for direct and indirect spend categories. Generate and analyze variance reports (budget vs. actuals, forecast variance analysis) and provide actionable insights. Contribute to the zero-based budgeting process by delivering detailed spend category reports. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for financial reports and ensure timely completion. Conduct in-depth cost analysis and understand performance drivers across actuals and planned forecasts. Collaborate with global stakeholders for dynamic business requirements and reporting cycles. Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to address emerging business needs. Whats Special About the Team Youll join a Global Finance Planning team with a dynamic scope, allowing you to interact with global stakeholders, understand varied market landscapes, and drive innovative ideas within financial planning processes. This role offers a blend of collaboration, learning, and impactful contributions. Our Requirements Education: MBA in Finance / CA / CMA. Experience: 4+ years in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with zero-based budgeting and variance analysis. Knowledge of Hyperion OneStream Tool is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels. Strong planning and execution abilities with attention to detail.
