Job Description
- Job Summary Senior Functional Consultant plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-value solutions for clients. This role involves leading the analysis, design, and implementation of functional solutions, with a focus on optimizing business processes, meeting client objectives, and supporting long-term success. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Client Engagement - Solution Design and Architecture - Project Leadership and Delivery - Team Mentorship and Collaboration - Continuous Improvement and Innovation - Documentation and Knowledge Management Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role with a focus on solution design and implementation. - Extensive experience with CRM systems, ideally with platforms like Business Next, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or Lead Squared. - Experience with Business Next solution is must. - Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile or Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into functional requirements and technical solutions. Skills Required - Solution Design and Analytical Skills: Expertise in creating scalable, adaptable solutions that meet client requirements. - Project Leadership: Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and manage resource allocation and project deadlines. - Client-Focused: Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on aligning solutions with client business goals. - Technical Acumen: Understanding of databases, SQL, and integration principles. - Communication and Documentation: Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with excellent documentation skills. Preferred Skills - Experience working with specific platforms (Business Next). - Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management (PMP), or relevant CRM/ERP systems. - Knowledge of industry best practices within the domain of consulting.,
