Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in voice-based processes and excellent communication skills. If you're eager to start your career in telesales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage both outbound and inbound telesales calls efficiently.
• Present and promote products/services to potential customers, driving sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and establish strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales for future reference.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil and English (required).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
