JOB Description - Centre Coordinator

The position on offer is of Centre Coordinator, who would have to manage the team, generate Business and Sales through students admissions, puts in all efforts along with the team to meet monthly. Looking for an individual who loves to work in a cross-functional position who can wear multiple hats at a time.
**Responsibilities and Duties**

• Manage the centre and the team.
• Set and meet monthly sales and collection targets along with the team
• To counsel prospective student, Walk-ins and convert the lead into
• a sale. Sell the courses offered to new prospective students that walk in, by counselling them.
• Interact with students to understand their needs and feedback.
• Look after fee collections.
• Looks after marketing and centre development activities, Be proactive and brainstorm new marketing strategies, both digital and traditional, and help execute them with the team.
• Manage a telemarketer and or Counsellor and supervise him/her to make sure the company's goals are met.

Knowledge/experience of Sales and Marketing.
Good communication skills. Needs to be fluent in
