Job Description

This role is responsible for Sourcing & SCM related functions like RM planning, Consumable material planning, Inventory control, cost saving projects, SAP-MM, PP & MRP activities, Cost negotiations with suppliers & service providers. Adherence IATF, OHSAS etc.
Planning material to reduce the in-house line disruption for smooth working of the concerned division
Coordinating with production department for production planning and smooth functioning of the line
Supplier rejection to be dispose on monthly basis by coordinate with Store activity.
Supplier scheduling through MRP.
Delivery monitoring for all RM Supplier ( Local ) ,import & Job work .
Monitor consumable parts stock & procurements planning.( Paints , Packing materials , Chemicals , Export packing materials)
Coordinating with PPC, PE and quality for smooth working of the department
Completely responsible for all Shox Materials including Bora JOB work Pos painting
co- ordination with Central Sourcing Team.
RMC Cost reduction projects and ensuring its proper implementation
Plan and manage inventory levels of materials as per company target.
