- Urgent Hiring Of Male Candidate For Operation Executive Key Responsibilities of Executive Sight Operations Strategic Planning & Project Oversight Oversee project feasibility assessments, risk analysis, and resource planning. Collaborate with senior leadership to determine construction priorities and objectives. Supervise all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Mentor construction and other key personnel. Build a cohesive team and ensure effective communication across departments. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of construction projects. Approve expenditures and manage cost control measures. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and stakeholders. Manage relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, and state regulations. Oversee health and safety programs to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures and standards. Review and approve plans, designs, and project specifications. Address and resolve any issues related to construction quality or defects. Technology and Innovation: Leverage construction management software and tools to improve efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies where feasible. Knowledge of POP, Wooden & all. Key Skills and QualificationsEducation and Certifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, OSHA) would be preferred. Experience (2+ years) in Construction or Sight management Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
