You will assist international customers, primarily from the US, and handle customer inquiries and issues via phone. The role requires working in night shifts and flexibility for rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues via voice communication. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Maintain call documentation and meet KPIs (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.). Eligibility: HSC or Graduate with 3+ years of experience in an international BPO, voice process. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work in US rotational shifts and night shifts. Must be okay to travel and have no career gaps. No absconding from any previous company. Must have all documents in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
