Qualification: MBA

Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Performance Management ESI & PF proper handling, Union members &
matters handling Legal Proceeding of all type of matters under Labour Act. Preparation Master roll, Payroll, Minimum wages Attendance and advance Registers I prepare Bonus, Gratuity, F & F and KRA etc Filing & Punching of data/documents as above Compilation of Daily Contractor Manpower summery

Preparation of MIS Reports & make HR policy as per act Payroll software, Compliance submit online portal, ERP Recruitment Induction to Exit process.(HR Generalist) Salary negotiation, I handle of various Job portal sites Employees engagement and Grievance I can prepare cost cutting report department wise Handel Guest house, Pantry, Staff gathering, Guest boarding and handle the transportation, CSR etc.
