Booking and Itinerary Management: Access and utilize B2B travel booking platforms to secure flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Design customized itineraries based on client requirements, including considering travel dates, destinations, and activities. Manage travel booking changes and cancellations efficiently. Pricing and Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with travel suppliers to secure the best deals for clients. Provide detailed cost breakdowns and proposals to clients. Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all bookings adhere to clients" established travel policies and guidelines. Advise clients on company travel policies and regulations. Customer Service and Support: Address client concerns and resolve travel issues promptly Provide pre-trip information and travel documentation to clients Offer post-trip follow-up to gather feedback and maintain relationship Requirements: Bachelors degree A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
