Job Description

    Job Title: HR Executive

    Job Location: RAJKOT 

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to join our HR department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and assisting with various HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
    • Onboarding: Oversee new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and providing necessary training on policies and procedures.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, helping to resolve workplace issues and improve employee engagement.
    • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, assist with goal setting, and maintain performance tracking systems.
    • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives.
    • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
    • Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and handling employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

     

    • Proven experience in an HR role (1-3 years).
    • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, Payroll systems) and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

     

    • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.
    • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., personal details, contracts, training, and performance records) and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
    • Attendance & Leave Management: Track employee attendance, manage leave requests, and maintain leave records as per company policies.
    • Performance Management: Support the performance review process by assisting in organizing performance appraisals and maintaining performance data.
    • Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation of payroll by collecting and verifying attendance data, leave, and other payroll-related information.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and other legal requirements related to HR processes.
