Job Description
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Software: Proficient in payroll software, such as Saral.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including tax laws, labour laws, and data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee data, salary information, and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to payroll-related queries and resolving issues promptly.
