Job Description
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers within the assigned territory.
- Develop, expand, and lead a team of channel partners.
- Drive product/solution sales to retail customers, aiming to onboard new merchants.
- Promote a variety of products such as AEPS, DMT, Micro ATM, Insurance, Bill Payments, Recharges, and more.
- Achieve sales targets by driving sales activities and initiatives.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach with strong experience in customer-facing roles and effective negotiation skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet sales goals.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to change, initiative, and innovative selling strategies.
- Leverage analytical, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills to succeed.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue targets, maximizing opportunities in both new and existing markets.
- Graduation in any field.
- Proficient in basic computer and Android applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Telecom, E-commerce, Business Solutions, or Wallet Companies.
- Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage, especially from Telecom, FMCG, or Banking-Retail sectors.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and sound business judgment.
