- Job Title: System & Network Administrator Location: Surat, India Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented System & Network Administrator to join our team in Surat. As a System & Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems and networks operate smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field of IT. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware. Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware, and software. Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards and policies. Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades. Maintain documentation of network and system configurations, changes, and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Mac OS. Knowledge of hardware components, including servers, workstations, and peripherals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred Skills: Certification in networking or system administration (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) is a plus. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is an advantage.
