Job Description
- Purpose :- The Program Manager at Adani Group will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and overseeing key programs within the organization. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of programs. The role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of thriving in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead and oversee key programs within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of outcomes Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to gather project requirements, allocate resources, and track progress Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and resource plans Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans as necessary Monitor program budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing cost efficiencies Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the organization with professionalism and integrity Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Masters degree or MBA is preferred Non-Negotiable Skills :- Proven experience in providing executive support and managing high-level programs Exceptional organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities,
