About the Role: As a Program Manager, youll play a pivotal role in designing, coordinating, and executing mental health awareness initiatives. Youll lead a team of passionate volunteers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovative strategies to break the stigma surrounding mental health. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee the "Synapse of Change" initiative, ensuring its smooth execution and alignment with Bhavana Healing's mission. Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and inspire volunteers to promote mental health awareness across various platforms. Campaign Development: Design and implement impactful campaigns, workshops, and events, including social media outreach strategies. Collaboration: Partner with psychologists, educators, and mental health advocates to amplify the program's reach. Monitoring & Reporting: Track program progress, analyze impact, and provide regular updates to the Bhavana Healing leadership team. What Were Looking For: Background in psychology, social work, or a related field (Bachelors or Masters preferred). 2+ years of experience in program management or leadership roles. Strong organizational and communication skills. Passion for mental health advocacy and creating a positive societal impact. Proficiency in using social media for outreach and engagement. Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in India). Duration: Full-time/Part-time, based on availability and program needs.
