Job Description

Role : Engineering Manager Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget targets. Provide technical guidance and make key decisions on tools, technologies, and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company goals. Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize productivity. Implement and refine engineering processes and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in engineering and project management. Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
