Desired Candidate Profile
Job Responsibilities-
Management of local resources: He / she is responsible for managing, developing and monitoring the local work forces and participate to their development and assessment. He / she is also responsible for ensuring that all local resources (including offices, vehicles, FM) are available and in working conditions. He / she is to ensure that proper & serviceable equipment tools & testers are available for work
Responsible for the Health & Safety. The position is to study OHSAS manual & apprise himself about his/her responsibilities & responsibilities of Sub-Contractor, Citelum Engineers & workers. The position will be responsible for implementing all measures related to health & safety of Citelum workers, workers of sub-contractor & general public around Project site. He / she will prepare a road map for preventive maintenance & forward to approval from management for different season & execute. He / she will ensure availability of all PPEs, CPEs with workers, their proper utilization and upkeep. Enforce provisioning of PPEs, CPEs & other safety equipment to sub-contractors workers. Must make periodic visit to site to inspect work & upload visit report in Citelum share point & safety standards & strive for continual improvement. He / she is to follow accidents, incidents & Near-Misses.
Contractual management: He / she is to study Companys contract with the customer in details & ensure implementation of relevant clauses O&M. This includes follow up on certification of work and Payment. This may require availability on emergency matters a for requirements.
Responsible for customer coordination & relationship management. This coordination and relationship management must result in better work management through Client officials, Local Authority representatives and councillors, improved relationship, no penalty, on time collection, additional work at improved rates & better terms and conditions.

Continuous improvement: To bring project more profit-oriented. Participate in the continuous improvement of the business operations through additional work and projects.
Determine team composition and manage work schedules. Prepare Organisational chart & Planning with proper allocation of work responsibilities to internal staff & Subcontractors.
Ensure coordination with Head Office for planning, execution of work, safety & work environment & proper administration. He /she will help in human resource development & low turnover of manpower. He / she must also improve productivity.
Responsible to manage Sub-contractors for improved productivity, safety, economical operations & healthy relationship.
Responsible for Project Planning. He / she must access the O&M work on daily & monthly basis and ensure execution with optimum cost, manpower & time to achieve minimum targeted service ability of streetlights as per the contract.
Local development of new Projects: He / she must help / support the Head Office in developing new projects (smart lighting and smart city) in the NCR area of in other parts of India if required.
Ensure reduction in cost, reduction in penalty & time collection of payment. He / she must look into ways and means of continual improvement in site work & repair process with a view to improve productivity & reduce cost. Bringing penalty to zero level & timely collection of payment are targets must to achieve.
Ensure appropriate & timely reporting of monthly plan. Monthly plans must include complaint management plan, Material procurement and Consumption plan, Revenue plan, subcontractor expenses and all other expenditure planning
Ensure Inventory management with periodic forecasting & ensure that adequate stocks of all required material are always available in the store & there are no stocks out situation.
Ensure all legal compliances required for Local Project including HR, health, safety & environmental rules.
Governance of Citelum India Pvt Ltd: He / she is to actively participate in local governance meetings and Committees as for the HR Policy of the Company.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Diploma
