- Software Developer Software Testing QA 6 - 11 Years Qatar JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities & Skills: Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with PHCCs methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of the project as measured by set goals and customer satisfaction. Monitor and schedule the projects as per the resource availability and business requirements. Coordinate between various departments within IT to ensure the progress of the ongoing projects. Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers. Report project progress and problems to management on a timely basis. Prepare the project lifecycle standards and assign to each project the phases required depending on the size of each project. Prepare the project initiation reports, project closure reports, and all other requisite reports on a timely basis. Minimize risk exposure by managing the scope and mitigating risk across projects. Serve as a key participant in team and client meetings. Provide staff contingency policies and guidelines to ensure the lowest impact as a result of staff absence or departure. Handle difficult project personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard sensitive information. Adopt a teamwork approach. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Required Technical Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent. Overall IT experience 6 years. Technical/Functional Testing experience 4 years. Zeal coupled with best practices to deliver best quality products. Expert in Web application testing using automation tools. Thorough experience in functional, performance, load testing, integration testing. Experience of testing on Oracle EBS, SharePoint is an advantage. Mobile application testing is an advantage. Comfortable with querying databases to create and validate test data using SQL tools. Relevant certifications.,
