The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working with minimum supervision in a startup ecosystem in the Pharmaceutical Industry and will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

The successful applicant is expected to develop brand vision and implement supporting brand strategies going on to build on to build great brands and develop his own marketing team. Ideal for current product mangers rearing to make an early trail in their career with lot of empowerment and space to create/innovate
Responsibilities
- Will be handling a diverse product portfolio of around 30 + products in cardio diabetic/ nutraceuticals domain single handedly.
- Will develop a team as the product franchise/ business contribution grows, stepping up to take higher responsibilities.
- Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products.
- Should be adept at communicating an engaging scientific customer narrative for each product of the product portfolio through appropriate positioning of the product.
- Selecting the optimal target audience and pitching the product accordingly.
- Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle.
- Devise suitable product campaigns /CRM programs /Field Activities for top brand recall and establishing selection priority for customers.
- Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each product at each stage of product life cycle and plan iterations accordingly.
- Identify therapy gaps and recommend pro actively products to be launched
- Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy /life sciences or related field of study
- 5+ years' experience in product management
- Experience with tools like Photoshop, adobe, coral draw etc.:
- Versed with culling, analyzing data from, reputed journals to make the right scientific market interventions.
