- We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts in Vadodara Alkapuri. The CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy, leading the marketing team, and driving brand growth and engagement. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Head, Content Writer, SEO Strategists, and Social Media Executives. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Implement innovative marketing tactics to enhance brand presence and engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a CMO or in a similar senior marketing leadership role. Strong strategic thinking and vision for marketing initiatives. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree is a plus. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. Experience in a relevant industry or sector (e.g., technology, e-commerce, consumer goods).
